What does it take to get into a top tier sorority at LSU if you’re from out of state?

Yeah pretty much impossible unless you know people or your parents are insanely rich if you are from out of state

I was an out of state student that rushed. I had a 4.0 unweighted going in, 28 ACT and I also had a full resume (dance team, president of a club, many other clubs, NHS). I had really
good recs too but got cut from KD and Chi O first round. Everything else worked out perfectly for me I ended up choosing to pref with APhi and Phi Mu. I went Phi Mu and I love it!!

Yes! Similar experience and was even a legacy of one of the top tier houses are other a hand full of rev letters. Awesome that you ended up with two great houses at the end, and right where you were meant to be! 💛
