While I agree Theta Xi, Phi Delt, SigEp,and Sigma Nu might have the best pledge class, I still think they have a way to go to being top tier. I'd say they're all strong Mid Tiers as of now.

Glad to see Theta Xi is doing well. 30 years ago it was one of the strongest groups on campus: fun, cut, outgoing guys that made great hubbies!

F the machis! All they got was the riff raff from Texas and GA. The best fratstars went KE, KA, SigEp, and Lambchops this year...Machi's may still be top 5, but they've lost a lot of respect recently around the Greek community for their "snowy" antics.

Yah ok Sig Ep. Girls don't consider you top and never will. Girls get really proud to tell their friends they got invited to Kappa Sig, KA, Lambda Chi, and Sigma Chi parties...Sig Ep? not so much. Most girls I know would even put SAE and Sigma Nu above you.
