Theta Xi: classic legendary frat throughout the entire south, definitely at LSU. Definitely a privilege to get a bid from these guys.

KA: Old southern money. You basically don't get in unless you're from a prestigious family from the south. They're kinda up their asses about that too. But for sure relevant.

SAE: to be honest, on the decline, but based on past rep alone, definitely a good choice. Wouldn't be anyones top choice unless they have friends in there, but whatever.

Sigma Chi: prepsters

SX, KS, KA, SAE, Theta Xi, and Pi Kapp are the top 6 in almost everyone's ranking on here. Dunno where you got that idea.

They would never make it into my top 6. I'd go Delta Chi before Pi Kapp

Don't listen to that idiot, the LSU frats are certainly prestigious as any other campus'. It really depends what your son's interests and hobbies are. I'd say if he's athletic and competitive, Sig Ep or Theta Xi or SAE.

Your son should stay away from the fraternities on probation. I won't list them lest my comment be reported and deleted, but it shouldn't be hard to find on LSU's website

SAE and theta Xi aren't that Atheltic at all haha. Yes there good fraternities but they aren't that good at intramural. Lsu mom, he won't get hazed. Seriously they have cut down on that. Might have to drive people around but that's it
