Except fraternity guys actually graduate at a considerably higher rate than the general population.

I will say that from the guy I personally know and girls that were Dating SAE's that those kids got hazed pretty bad and frequently. I'd put them somewhere between Sigma Chi and Pi Kapp. 2.5 or 3.5.

I agree with the 98% of the 98% that guy agrees with. I will point out that you're probably a Pi Kapp if you say that their house is one of the best or you got cut from every top Fraternity after the first round. Its pretty small, not a real back yard, in an Old Sorority House, On sorority row, the rooms are shared and the beds hang from chains bolted into the ceiling, sounds luxurious... You gotta be high as a kite if you can claim that Lambda Chi, DKE, Theta Xi, Kappa Sig, KA, SAE on New row and Even PIKE (the old SAE house)are not better than Pi Kapps. I'd give the trophy to Sig Ep with that sick deck as best Fraternity in a Sorority house

KA- Tri Delt, Chi O, Pi Phi(top tier money and party)

Kappa Sig- KD, Tri Delt, DZ

SAE- CHI O, Pi Phi, Phi Mu

Theta Xi- Pretty Diverse, Chi O, Kappa, Pi Phi, Tri Delt, DZ (reflects in and out of state)

Sigma Chi- Pi Phi and Kappa almost religiously (reflects there nature of really liking to "Party" snff snff drink drink"

Pi Kapp- Phi Mu, Kappa, Pi Phi (decent Nola and texas girls/guys)

Sigma Nu- DG, Zeta, KD
(DG because there just kinda boring simple guys)

DKE-Kappa, Pi Phi, GDI (Very strong Nola Pipeline)

Sig Ep-DG, Chi O, Tri Delt and Sig Ep (Smart boring guys for DG and Sig Ep bc there a sorority and 1/3 of those guys are porkin each other)

Phi Psi- Zeta, Theta, Pi Phi
(alot of awkwards among these groups, handful to few of cool)

AGR- Sigma Alpha (animal lovers)
Phi Delt- FIJI (lets be honest there a lot of guy on guy stuff going on between the two and piss poor houses)
TKE- GDI & KAO
