an A+; no fraternity is perfect.
Sigma Chi: A (good rep, good guys, good parties)
KA: A- (good rep for the most part besides for being douches to all the sororities in the spring)
SAE: B+ (very respectable, could be an A if they get another good pledge class)
Pi Kapp: B+ (very respectable, good parties)
Kappa Sig: B+ (think they are douchebags, but girls like them)
Theta Xi: B (kind of a new good to decent fraternity)
DKE: B- (oh them dekes are different, but always seem to ammuse me)
Sigma Nu: C+ (can get better)
Acacia: C+ (nile party and that is about it)
Sig Ep: C (you'll at least get a bid from them if you get cut by every other fraternity above)
Lambda Chi: D (stay out of trouble and will be decent in a few years)

The top 3 are pretty much even, it's just based on what your preferences are
Sigma chi- fun guys to party with. Like that nose candy but now a days who on this campus doesn't
KA- southern but that doesn't mean hicks. Party pretty hard
Kappa Sig- in my opinion they have some cool guys, but they also have guys who just flat out suck.

MiddleTop
SAE- rising. Will literally bash every other fraternity during rush. Yes they're rising but don't fall for everything they say during rush
SigEp- mixed bag of guys since they're so big. I don't mind em but others hate em. Very involved goody-two-shoes types.

Middle-
Pi kapp- try hards

Being top mid is halarious. And you forgot DKE which is a very respectable fraternity. Perhaps the worst list I've ever seen with comparing kappa sig to KA and sigma chi?? No one thinks that.
