fraternity comments

I know that KA, Sig Ep, Sigma Nu, Theta Xi and Acacia all have kids out of state. (mostly from Texas though). My advice is to maybe try to come over the summer to kind of meet some of the guys. Also know the northern Greek system is much different than the south's. Do your homework and you'll be fine.

Who would win in a lsu frat daddy all out fist fight?

I am coming to LSU this fall and rushing as a legacy. I have heard from my sister about which fraternities are even worth my time. I guess my only real question is this.
Are there only 6 good fraternities? If so, does her opinion match the general overall opinion in the greek community?

- I would just go through rush and make your own decisions. because thats only your sisters opinion so you should try and form your own.
-I would also agree with the current top 10 except theta xi should be where KA is and KA should move to number 2
Also if you went lambda chi you would be screwed they are just in hell hole of trouble

Don't go lambda chi because they have 20 members as we speak. It would suck.
Your sister is right because those are good fraternties but there are 10 good ones in My opionion.

Are the good fraternities?

I would personally throw out acacia and put in sigma Nu. I honestly have friends in there and I think there a mid tier fraternity. Acacia is full of good guys, their just not very "Greek" per say.
