What makes the "bottom houses" bottom tier

ADPi is new, theta has a low retention rate. Obviously it’s not either of these sororities that are making these ranks (because they are always put at the bottom). It’s people in other sororities who feel so insecure within themselves that they feel the need to create a tier system to make themselves feel better. Both are great houses, bottom tier means nothing in the real world. Sincerely hoping people in their twenties learn to outgrow their association between self worth and the ‘tier’ of their sorority 🙄
