Yes and they are the top house because they split a party with delta chi

Yes there is one. Used to be very good till they got kicked in 2015. Came back like a year or two ago and aren’t as good as before but even though no one will admit it they aren’t that bad either.

They’re alright as a chapter. They’re a mix of Fall 2017 Phi Delt/Lambda Chi pledges and some Fall 2018 Pi Kapp pledges. I’d say they’re lower mid tier.
