florida game.
by: GataComing up from Gainesville for the Florida game. Have never been to Baton Rouge so have no idea what to do. Any recommendations for bars near stadium before and after game or tailgating. Just trying to enjoy my time in Death Valley!

The Chimes on Highland at the gates of LSU has opened a wonderful rooftop bar that you should check out.
Fred's will be fun but very crowded and depending on the final score, don't know how the crowd will be after the game to a Florida fan.
As far as tailgating, be ready to be called "Tiger Bait" but if you laugh and have fun with it, most folks will invite you to join their tailgate!!!
Enjoy your time in Baton Rouge, this is going to be a great day.
