Is it hard to get into KD or Phi Mu?

Both houses have their own criteria. I will say, if you are a Phi Mu legacy you may have a harder time than if not. They cut a lot of legacies to prevent keeping a whole pledge class full. Both are great houses! But you should go in with an open mind and not be set on either.

only go KD or Chi O if you’re okay with not having fun during college because you have a fake reputation (that no one cares about) to maintain

You shouldn't be "wanting" certain houses before rush because more likely than not, you will be disappointed after one of the rounds if you're not invited back. Keep an open mind and try not to let the reputations get in the way of the experiences you have at each house
