Not likely. The only houses that spring rush are zeta, theta and pi phi (usually). Top houses usually don't take sophomore pnms too. You can still get into a good house sophomore year if you transfer in amazing grades and show you are involved. Build a résumé. If you really wanted to, you could rush at the school you are going to and then affiliate (if the chapter is here) when you transfer. Just a thought...
