Delta Chi's suspension is reportedly wrapping up (its been pushed back like 3 times though so dont hold your breath). They had a membership review by nationals and lost about 8-10 guys from the purge, they should be back soon though and they will be a good frat. As far as Pi Kapp goes, I think they are in a pretty bad spot. (not frat wise but suspension wise) Even if the reason they are investigating doesn't show anything with the original incident, the other stuff they are gonna find will mean that they were doing mild to moderate hazing, and with the new attitude towards greek life, it will probably get them kicked off which sucks.

Top: Kappa Sig, Theta Xi
Upper Mid: KA, Sigma Nu, Phi Psi
Mid: TKE, Sig Ep, Pi Kapp (Though Pi Kapp may be gone soon)
Lower Mid: SAE, FIJI
Upper Bottom: AGR, DKE
Mid Bottom: Pike, Delta Chi (Well see what happens to DX)
Bottom: Theta Chi, ATO, Beta, Sammy
New: Acacia. It's too early to say buy based on the guys I've met I'd put them somewhere in the lower mid, maybe upper bottom. But like I said, its still early, they could rise or fall come spring.

This list is actually pretty good, the only thing I'd change is move Phi Psi down 1 (purely because their pledge/rush class this year was pretty rough, if I end up being wrong then keep them there, but from what Ive heard its really bad) and move DX up 1 or maybe even 2 spots, not only is it a solid frat but I think its rate of improvement is higher than almost any other group, which counts for something.

Hey move Theta Chi up some, I hang out with a lot of their guys and they’re for sure on the come up. They had a rough patch a couple years ago but these dudes shouldn’t be in the same category as Beta and ATO
