Do any top tier sororities do spring rush? OR is it all bottom??

Any chapter under "chapter total" is eligible to participate in spring rush. Chapter total is the average size of all of the phc sororities. That means that half of the sororities will be above this number, and half will be below it (this lower half can do spring rush). Whether the chapter decides to participate is up to them.
