theta chi at lsu

Im a student thats a theta chi out of state and am thinking about transferring to lsu how is the theta chi chapter there???

Well they don’t have a house.. and from my knowledge they’re bottom tier here. I’ve met a few and was creeped out by how weird and awkward they were
