Why are the sigma chi letters back on their house?

Beta never owned the sigma chi house after they left, beta was just renting it. Sigma chi is coming back on campus in the next year, they had to wait until all the active members at the time they were kicked off graduate.

TKE initiated the past 3 pledge classes using Sigma Chi rituals and they’ll all switch over back to Sigma Chi next fall. Just watch.

IF....Sigma Chi is allowed back at LSU it won't be until 2019. I am sure their alumni are working to bring the chapter back but the TKEs will not be allowed to change and become Sigma Chis...it doesn't work that way.

No doubt, the alumni are hopeful that the chapter will be re-established. However, just because they may come back in a couple years, that doesn't mean they'll just resume where they left off. For god's sake, SAE was once a decent chapter here. Look at em now.
