how many girls started the recruitment program?

The quota for houses this year is lower this year. 85 being the hugest number of girls they can take and 70 being the lowest. Might be different for each house. It was predicted that there were going to be 1600 girls going though rush (1500 girls last year), but only about 1100 girls are going through this year. This is why quota is lower than last year (usually intake is about 100 or so girls, just depends)

not to mention we have also added ADPi so that also lowers quota
