a phi
by: heynot trying to down a phi or anything but i want to let pnms know the facts. a phi rushes hard, like really hard. but i have so many friends that went a phi and hate it now. their sisterhood is terrible and quite a few of them cant behave themselves. theyre a lower tier sorority. amazing house and great rush but theyre just not good. they take pretty girls with bad reputations.

APhi is doing very well for a relatively new sorority. They certainly are not top but they certainly are not bottom. Truly don't believe all the negative stuff you hear on here. There is no telling who's hosting it or if it's just one or two people posting the same negativity. That goes for all the houses

I've been an ALPHA PHI for 56 years now, and am so proud of this new APHI chapter and the wonderful Sisters in it! With courage and conviction, they have done such great things in a very short time, and will continue to do so as they smilingly forge ahead on the LSU campus!!
Panhellenic means ALL GREEKS, where one chapter lends a helping hand to another chapter that struggles. I would hope that the Greeks at LSU would welcome a new NPC group, and give them the support & welcome they deserve. Not long now, they will be offering help to others who struggle on the LSU campus, so for now support them and keep the negativity out of the picture!!!
I have time to check out all my Sisters throughout the N. American continent, and am so happy to see the top tier PHIs everywhere!!! Check out the west coast, the east coast, the middle states, and see how ALPHA PHI shines bright everywhere! They will shine even brighter in Baton Rouge very soon now!
[The Golden Rule says to do unto others as they would do unto you, so give it serious thought and see how harmony and friendship work on your LSU campus where "All for one and one for all" works so much better than fault-finding and disharmony! Be proud and be a kind friend!!

Its called continuous open bidding (COB) and its not something thats looked down upon and many sororities do it. However, its especially sad that you brought it up about last year though. Because of the flood many girls who intended on rushing didn't have the opportunity to because their house flooded or maybe it happened to a relative and they simply couldn't make it, recruitment is already stressful enough without having to worry about where you're going to sleep that night. I'm not Alpha Phi's biggest fans either, but thats just rude and low.
