KD received a Letter of University Reprimand that lasted through December 31, 2016 with a Chapter Enhancement Plan in place due to issues with new members being heavily intoxicated and showing up to their house while drunk.

yes. KD is under university probation till the end of 2017. So, no exchanges in the fall or any type of social events which sucks for new members that go KD.

It's just a warning. They have all social events. They've been on it since December and had every event last semester and will continue having events this year.

This is NOT true. Lower tier chapters will begin making rumors up when rush starts to sway pnms in their direction. Do not listen to this. KD has been under a probation since December that is a WARNING. It does not effect their chapter events, exchanges, etc. They still had more events last semester than most chapters even with the warning in place lol

No- they just have to do a Chapter Enhancement Plan and they can't get in trouble again for the calendar year. They still have events so it's really not that big of a deal
