informal spring recruitment

Which Sororities are participating in sprig recruitment for 2013 and can anyone tell me if its going to be impossible to get into one? I have good grades and definitely should've rushed in fall. Should I wait until I'm a sophomore? I really want to do spring rush. So let me know who didn't made quota please!

usually pi phi zeta dz idk about dg and theta do, even if they did make quota they usually put on spring rush
