fall vs. spring rush

I have a 2.8 gpa and i'm afraid if i rush in the fall i'll get dropped just because of it. should I take time to bring my grades up and then rush in the spring? i REALLY want to rush in the fall though

You're definitely going to get dropped. No house wants someone with a horrendous gpa like that.

just rush in the fall your sophomore year. use your first year to bring your grades up, sororities will be a lot more impressed if you have like a 3.5 college GPA over a 2.8 high school GPA. plus, you'll have time to network and meet girls from each of the sororities. sure, the top tier sororities don't really take sophomores or up, but they won't take you with a 2.8 GPA either

I would say Alpha Phi, Theta, Zeta, ADPi, Kappa, and Pi Phi. That is if everything else was perfect
