I doubt it, LSU got the funds to build A Phi's house from the LA government, thats how LSU owns their house and A Phi rents it. But this was also before louisiana was in a deficit. and if LSU wants to keep the current ADPi house as a colonization house, there isn't exactly anywhere on the row for them to build except maybe the little lot next to TKE. basically, unless they can magically pull a big empty lot out their ass and have a ton of funding from alums, they're not getting a house anytime soon

no, the other fraternity and sorority houses are owned by that sorority and fraternity and they rent the land from LSU. the only one to own their house and land is DKE.

There is an empty house on the row formally inhabited by University Relations which has already moved out so that greek life now has control of the house but the university will continue to own it regardless of who moves into the house. The university will likely renovate University Relations so that ADPi can move in and pay rent just as Alpha Phi does now.
