do we have to live in miller if we are rushing?? Or can we live in another dorm. Will houses drop us if we don't live in miller??

Absolutely not! It doesn't matter what dorm you live in. They don't even care if you live in an apartment. Girls who rush just like to live in Miller cuz it's the closest dorm to sorority row

yes. If you don't live in Miller you will get blacklisted. Sororities have a list of who's living in Miller and they only take those girls. lol no, live wherever you want!
