i think their still on the same level but theta is definitely DRASTICALLY improving. this year alone theyve bettered themselves and in the next few years hopefully they'll be a solid mid!

absolutely, theta is getting great girls and fraternities think they're fun. if any sorority is rising through the ranks at all, it is definitely theta.

Chi O and KD are both top tier but Chi O isn't known for being "fun and outgoing" like the KDs are. Depends on what you're looking for in a sorority.
