Chi o is on top right now. KD has fallen, partly bc last years KD girl's "questionable" video, among other things. The rest is pretty good, however I feel that Phi Mu and DZ are on the same tier whether it's top or upper mid.. The rest is pretty spot on, and since tri delta was left out, I would put them either before or after kappa

This isn't bad...but I have to tell you, Phi Psi seems like a bunch of posers to me. Not sure they belong in the top two tiers, don't care how many snaps they send to old row. Rest seems about right.
