How exactly do these sororities get ranked? Like are the ranks on here for best grades, looks, involvement, kindness or what? Can anybody answer this?

looks, classiness, involvement, overall chapter personality, how fun they are at their events and exchanges, etc

Also grades play a part. There are good things about every sorority, but some have more positive qualities than others, and that can change a little from year to year.

To be honest, most of these houses are ranked the way they are because "that's the way it's always been". Like Chi O and KD have always been 1 and 2, but for no reason other than because they've always been in those spots, even though they are not necessarily well liked down the row. True rankings don't really exist on here bc people don't want the backlash they would get from a different and truer opinion.

There's so much misinformation on this site that there's really no telling where each sorority "falls" on the tier system.

Any girl that gets into any sorority at LSU should feel honored. All the girls in every sorority possess most of these qualities. That being said, there is a tier system here (for some reason) and certain houses tend to get girls with more of these qualities
