what are the reputations of the fraternities here?

Been here for a few years and seen some changes in the chapters, but this is generally what they are like today;

New Row:

AGR- Country, girls love them. Midle tier
Phi Psi- One of the most popular houses right now, throw great parties. Upper mid tier
Pi Kapp- Somewhat on a decline, a lot of girls don't like them and their parties aren't as good as they used to be. Mid Tier
Sig Ep- Used to be really good, but are struggling since they had a membership review. Mid tier
TKE- Was the worst house on campus for many years, but since sigma chi got kicked off many of their members joined tke. Lower mid
Sigma Nu- Pretty popular on campus, throw really good parties. Upper mid
SAE- Took in many weird guys since coming back, will be a few years before they are even close to where they used to be before they were kicked off. Lower mid

Old Row:

Sammy- Really small, brotherhood is tight. bottom tier
phi Delt- Really improved this last year with their members and sorority relations. lower mid
Theta Xi- Most popular house on campus, girls love them and their parties are wild. Top tier
KA- Falling fast, had a membership review and many girls do not like them. upper mid
FIJI- Solid house made up of chill guys. girls really like them and their parties are good. Mid tier
PIKE- Improved member quality as well as sorority relations. Throw good parties. Lower mid tier
Lambda Chi- Don't join this house, on probation. lower mid
DKE- The crazy guys. lower mid
Kappa Sig- Building a huge house soon, one of the best chapters on campus. Top tier

Unhoused fraternities
Beta- Really weird guys. bottom tier
Theta chi- Even weirder guys. bottom tier

Delta Chi - had a good oledge class this year, improving, nice guys seem to have a good brotherhood, not too many exchanges but have s lot of date parties, flys under the radar but the ones I have met are cool
