easily Deke, followed by lambda chi, Kappa Sig, KA, Fiji and others. they all do tho. except sig ep, but they are a sorority.

SigEp replaced dangerous hazing with a member development program relevant to each stage in college man's progress. Instead of "pledging" there is a values-based program for on-boarding Sigmas:

Q: Why can’t we call our new members “pledges?” Everyone else on campus does it.

A: Practice like you play. Your new members are not pledging and they are not treated this way. Word choice factors into culture. The negative connotations that come along with the word “pledge” will end up in the culture of the chapter.
