rushing as a northerner

i'll be at LSU next year and i was wondering what its like to rush fraternities as a northerner. do good chapters give bids to kids from up north?

Good is subjective, but my fraternity has many people from up north. As long as you're cool we'll give you a bid

Are you a girl or boy? Im from the north and rushed a sorority and got Pi Phi- but I definitly know more people would have kept me longer during rush if I was from Louisiana mainly because I didnt know anyone that rushed me while a bunch of other girls got to be paired with someone from their hometown.
