Hoe much has the chapter improved since Sigma Chi pledges took over?

The only thing i don't understand is why the sigma chi pledges picked the absolute worst fraternity to gang up and join together.

considering there were very few tke members and it was a house on the lake, they took over and legit kicked the tkes out

A lot of the sororities' new pledge classes love the new TKEs. They just have to be selective during rush and get good pledges.

Tke has been the worst fraternity on campus and will continue to be bottom tier no matter how many sigma chi pledges took it over

The real question is where is beta now? And they are steadily on the rise in my opinion
