Kappa Delta - ΚΔ Sorority at Louisiana State University - LSU 2.0 PHC, really? Everyone has heard about the atrocious way that this organization has conducted itself through recruitment, including this year. Circumstances go unreported year after year, because face it, how many incoming freshman would have the audacity to formally accuse a sorority? Besides, would PHC ever really take a stance against the oldest sorority on campus, we all know that they don't receive the same treatment from PHC as the other chapters, as it is.
