The guys still operate under and charter distributed by nationals, Trinity thinking it has the power to revoke the charter is so small school. The school really only got involved once the guys made the papers for having a party.

The comments regarding PiKappa Alpha based on innuendo and rumor show the small minded nature of the University, the students and are a reflection of the small minded parochial city it is located. Lack of sophitication and a kangaroo court atmosphere make the loss of the chapter sad, but Pi Kappa Alpha will continue to thrive as a national fraternity despite the negative experience of Trinity. The best Trinity will have are the GDIs, so good riddance.
