sophomore rush

by: Frogz

I'm a freshman and didn't rush this year because I wanted to focus on grades and adjusting to college life. What's fall recruitment like for a Sophomore??

Each house has upperclassmen quotas. Plus, you should know people and have a better idea of where you would best fit. Sophomore year is a good time to go through recruitment. Just remember most of your classmates will be freshman so you may find you bond more with girls already in the house than your class.

Candidates are able to get into good houses as Sophomores. Do not let this hold you back at all.

Go for it. There aren't as many slots for upperclassman but you will know the houses better and probably some of the girls which is an advantage.

You will know the groups better after being here a year, should have friends that know you...it has its advantages.
