Parties (Most Fun that girls go to the most): Phi Kap and Lambda have the best and then Pi Kapp is right behind them
Academic: Beta and Sig Ep, and Pi Kapp
Leadership: Sig Ep
Exclusiveness: Phi Delt

Depends what you are looking for...Fiji, Delt, Sigma Nu, and possibly Sigma Chi are bottom. They all have some really weird guys

kappa sig has like 60 members so i dont think they can be considered a top house, the best fraternities here are sae, phi delt, sig ep, lambda and phi kapp. in no order
