sorority tiers (my opinion)

Top: Zeta, DG, Chi O, Theta
Upper Middle: Pi Phi
Middle: Tri Delta, Gamma Phi, Kappa, Sigma Kappa
Lower Middle/Bottom: ADPi, AXO, AOPi

Theta is definitely not top tier and pi phi and dg should be in the same tier. Tri Delta is first in the bottom tier.

Sigma Kappa should be moved to bottom tier. They aren't desired during recruitment and are usually girls back up/last choice.

Chi O is upper middle not top. Chi O is only top in their eyes.

I don't think axo is bottom anymore. Id switch them with SK. Pi Phi is not that high and Gphi is not that low.
