Talk to the Phi Mu reps who will be on campus. You sign up with them. You attend the colonization interviews. You attend the rush parties. You hope to get an invitation to their invitational round(s)' and you hope you end up with a bid.

You still need to contact the girls helping to colonize and be invited back. You can't just walk up have a guaranteed spot even with a new group.
