it's hard to rank in tiers because some people rank the social/party sororities higher, and some rank the academic sororities higher.
it all depends on preference.

social/party sororities:
Zeta
Pi Phi
DG

academic sororities:
Chi O
Theta
Gamma Phi

And then it's:
DDD
KKG
AXO

SK
ADPi
AOPi
