Here's the honest rankings, in tiers, with current pc's. Ranked within tiers as well. (I know some people are going to argue about XO not being top tier, but we all know they aren't.)

Just to add to my comment about XO. So many girls thought they were arrogant and rude during rush. To me that is not how a top house should act. Just my opinion. I certainly wouldn't want my sorority to have that reputation on campus.

Zeta isn't a top house and I think XO is better than any of the ones the OP put on top. As a grouping I think XO, KAT, and GPB are a stronger group than ZTA, PBP, and DG.

XO is definitely not in the top. This was not a house that most PNM's liked very much. They may have gotten some good girls but this house was not well liked. I think you have to be wanted and liked to be a top house.

Yeah, I agree, their 2nd tier, but if you look at the groupings all together, you'd have top put that group above the other.
