Honestly the top 4 this year are probably Phi Delt, SAE, Sigma Chi, and Delt.

As the responses show; people will never agree on such a question. Just go where you are the best fit, be proud of your letters and do your part to make that group the best it can be. We are adults now and all the "who is best" questions need to be left in high school. Every group promotes different values so the one that fits your values should be top to you.
