new greek housing

Will some groups have new Greek houses by recruitment next year? I hear it is being done by where the blocks of houses are now. Do we know which old houses will be knocked down first?

They are doing the sorority houses first which will be ready for recruitment 2017 then the frat houses after.

I think some work will begin this summer on new construction but that the old buildings will not be knocked down and opened until 2017. The hope is that all soroiety houses will open together and then the same process will begin with the fraternity houses.
