Pi phi and theta are NOT interchangeable. Theta is classy, has good grades, and sweet members. Them and gphi are very similar.

Yes they are. Got some great girls in the last two pledge classes. Especially this year. I've met quite a few and they are fun, cute and genuine. I think they are moving up and agree they are on par with SK right now.
