Chi-O
Theta & Gamma Phi (interchangeable)
Pi Phi & DG (interchangeable)

ADPi & SK (interchangeable)

Zeta is not the top house. Sorry. My roommate cut Zeta and kept AXO. In fact, Zeta's returns were way down this year and maybe that's why they are on here all the time ranking themselves up.

I am not in Zeta but this is ridiculous and makes me disappointed in the greek community. Unless you were involved with recruitment you have no access this this kind of information. i have friends that are in Zeta and know for a fact this was not true. Wow! I am just amazed how vicious you all are. If girls are proud of their sorority and want to rank it well there is nothing wrong with that. What is wrong is people getting on this site to bash every else to make themselves or their sorority look better. Let it stand on its on merit. Hopefully anyone with a brain will see the truth for themselves and not believe what someone writes on the internet.

This list is quite good. I believe Chi O and Zeta could also be put on a shared line. They are quite different so they are not enter changeable but different people see them as top according to different criteria.

I would break it up like this (alphabetical order within tiers)
Most desirable to Good desirable:

Chi O, Pi Phi, Theta, Zeta

Delta Gamma, Gamma Phi, Kappa

AXO, Sigma Kappa

Tri Delta, ADP, AOP
