Obviously you have never heard of the fraternity Phi Kapp. Definitely a top house parties are awesome.

Why? They throw great parties, the guys are good looking, for the most part are very respectful and fun guys to be around. Their grades may not be top but I think people put way too much emphasis on that because you are the only one that has control over your grades. If you put in the time and effort you can make great grades no matter what fraternity. Phi Kapp is a great fraternity and don't let anyone else tell you otherwise. They are solid in everything they do and to be honest have a great brotherhood.
