how is phi delt considered top house?

I have talked to so many kids who got bids on their first night out with them. They literally gave bids to any kids that showed up to their rush events

What is with all of this non-stop Phi Delt worship??

Phi Delt is definitely one of the top fraternities at tcu, don't get me wrong, but never in any of my years here has it been ahead of the other top fraternities. I can think of 2 that pretty much has always had a leg up on phi delt

I don't know if this is some sad sophmore phi delt spamming this site, or some obsessive groupie, or if phi delt has a new propaganda chair on their exec but its gotten old
