those who went through rush
by: SororityCuriousI would love to know from those who rushed this fall which sororities did the best job and where the most desired by the PNM's. If you have an opinion on who seemed to get the best girls that is fine too( based on your experience). No bashing or rude comments please. It seemed all the sororities did well this year and most girls got bids?

To me all the houses did a good job. I just did not click with DDD or PBP. They seemed too full of themselves. I especially loved Theta and Gamma Phi and would have like Chi Omega but could tell they were not a real option. All the A houses were super sweet but not what I was looking for. Except for the 2 houses listed about, I did not feel unwelcome or ignored anywhere. You can tell the TCU greek community works hard to make all of the girls feel excited to join.

I could see where each house had something a little unique to offer for girls. I'm not a huge party person so I focused on xo kat gpb and axo. I agree with others that xo didn't seem to care much but the other 3 were really nice. I also liked dg but wanted a more academic house. No house was horrible some just felt more like home.

Just like people said, you can tell where you might want to call home once you visited them. For me theta and gamma phi were top then kappa and dg. I think all the houses filled their classes so obviously every house had girls that liked them. You do need to wait to experience it for yourself and go where your comfortable.

It really does all depend on you. I liked Sigma Kappa, ADPi and Theta. Those are just where I felt most comfortable and could be myself. Sweet girls that seemed very happy. I'm happy where I ended up. I think TCU is pretty unique - while houses may all be different, none are bad.

I hoped to get XO, KAT or GPB before recruitment started and I liked those houses once I visited them. I also liked KKG. I'm so happy to be a new member of one of these houses. Like others have said, I'm grateful for all the work that goes into recruitment and am excited to get started.
