So I have been to a bunch of houses and I know everyone says that Phi Delt is a top house but I found the guys to be completely awkward compared to other houses like Phi Kapp, Sig Ep, and Lambda Chi. Im just wondering why everyone seems to say that Phi Delt is a top house. Nothing against them and Ive spent a lot of time there but it just doesn't seem like your typical top house. Any responses or opinions?

Go where you feel best and don't worry about others thoughts. It's not their brotherhood.

It's about what you want:
Lambda more athletic minded party guys
Sig Ep more campus involvement minded guys
Phi Kapp heavy party minded guys
Phi Delt more under the radar exclusive minded guys
These groups are real different and it is likely you will like one more. That is the house you want to spend 4 years with.
