fraternities filling over summer

Do any fraternities that are not considered "southern" (Phi Delt, SAE, Kappa Sig, Etc) fill 100% of their pledge class with summer bids and have no chance during formal?

Lambda seems like the only other house other than the southern ones I am seeing mentioned as a "top" house. Will they be available?
