recruitment attire

I was looking at the suggested outfits in the recruitment packet and on the website and I was wondering if those are accurate depictions? The outfits were more casual than I expected

Those suggestions are correct. You will spend a lot of time outside walking from house to house. When you're inside the houses, there are so many people, it's really hot. It will be August in Texas. You will sweat. Stay hydrated. Get ready!
