why is kappa delta not at tcu?

Looking at all the sororities at TCU I was surprised that kappa delta is not at this school. Do you think we will ever have a chance to get this sorority? My mom was one and I was hoping to join as a legacy.

Wut? LOL KD isn't even at TCU and sucked when they were. No reason to wish them luck because they have nothing to do with TCU. Irrelevant.
