what to wear during rush?

Hi! So i'm a freshman planning on rushing this fall. Is there a schedule somewhere on the tcu panhel website about what we should be wearing for rush each day? If there is, I probably just missed it, oops. But if there isn't, can someone please explain what we should be wearing each day? Should we be changing into something fancier at night? Also, what are people's opinions on heels vs. wedges?
