Just wanted to confirm that recommendations could be submitted online through national websites in addition to being mailed in. Is this right? Or is it strictly a mailing policy? The website is a little unclear

I did both when I could. You are right. It is unclear. I mailed in all of them and when i could I did it with website too.

Definitely snail mail is still the most common and your first choice but I am unaware of email not being accepted.
